 Sometimes support can be given remotely, depending on the issue. I live  in Thornhill, Ontario and support households within approximately a  30-minute drive.  

 My standard rate is $50 per hour. High-quality tech support shouldn't  come with high-stress pricing. I pride myself on being efficient,  patient, and fair—which means no nickel-and-diming.

I graduated from York University with a Specialized Honours B.Sc degree in  Computer Science.  After graduation in 1989, I had been supporting the computing  needs of Environment Canada for 35 years ensuring they successfully  delivered their services to you.  Now, in retirement, I wish to support my community, ensuring you are enabled to fulfill your goals.
